The School of Meditation is the spiritual pathway of Damanhur aimed at the re-awakening of the divine part in everyone of us. It is pathway of knowledge and transformation in order to connect with the Spiritual forces that are working for the evolution of all Humanity.

The spiritual pathway of Meditation is an individual path but one that also requires interaction with others in order to be realized.

Anyone who wishes to do so may follow the teachings of Meditation by attending the School at Damanhur, or a Damanhur center nearby, or alternatively by enrolling through the Internet. The choice to follow this path will surely change your life, because you will change many things inside yourself.

By deciding to change yourself you will consequently change the world, because you are an active and integral part of it.

You will be given a login and password that will give you access to the FIRST UNIT.

The Internet Meditation course is provided in Italian and English but if we receive many requests for the course in other languages we may be able to provide further translations.

Following the spiritual pathway proposed by the Damanhurian School of Meditation via the Internet means to proceed step by step according to the indications proposed by the site. They will guide you along your way.

At a certain point the pathway requires you to have a direct contact with Damanhur. You will be invited to come to Damanhur in person so that we can get to know you and so that you can get to know us…. but we can speak about this when the time is right.
